Hegseth's mysterious meeting with generals will focus on grooming and warrior ethos

Grooming???? Warrior ethos???? It sounds like got his hands on some sort of management meatball how-to book.... The seven habits of ... Or the 12 traits of.... Something or another.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered hundreds of generals to Virginia next week to discuss grooming, standards and his “warrior ethos” vision — an unusual move that has sparked confusion among military leaders around the world.

Those who cannot do, and do not understand, manage.

Edit: I genuinely believe that many bosses get off on seeing the people whom they are bossing around in front of them. I think that it is one of the reasons that many companies loathe work from home.

He has already written, in the past, that it is the army’s duty to deploy within the United States to carry out a “Christian crusade” against our “internal enemies.”

6. Warrior ethos? He should try some hand-to-hand with, like, the oldest officer in the crowd.

I bet he'd learn a lot about "warrior ethos," along with how long it takes a black eye to heal.

a "physical attendance required" or Command performance for a seminar on how to dress for success? I guess Kegsbreath thinks he's going to be measuring dicks at some point.

I hope someone gets him drunk and posts pictures of him doing every disgusting thing he's done before while drunk.

A major disruption of all our military in order to hear a lecture on grooming and “warrior ethos”? Please tell me that’s not true.

Is basically just weasel words for "you WILL follow orders, even if they are illegal." Probably some veiled threats about what could happen to them if they don't. Perhaps the planting of the idea of a Loyalty Pledge. The only thing I can come up with for grooming is Hitler mustaches, and that's just a tad trite.

More likely, it’s a cover story for him to announce the deployment of troops on American soil, and a pruning of anyone who expresses even the slightest qualms about ordering their “warfighters” to open fire on American civilians.

Maybe officers will be required to wear U.S flag pocket squares and long red ties when in dress uniform?

This is such a stupid, taxpayer-dollar wasting thing ever. I wonder what happen if any of the Army or Navy brass conclude that it's a waste of their time and don't show up.
