Trump Calls for Supreme Court to Rehear Birthright Citizenship Over 'Scam'

President Donald Trump on Wednesday called for the Supreme Court to rehear the birthright citizenship case, following reports of billboards along the Southwest border advertising birth plans at U.S. hospitals.

In a post to Truth Social, the president said there were "signs and billboards" going up along the U.S. border with Mexico, advertising that deliveries started at $4,000, adding, "Billions of Dollars will be illegally made by this SCAM, with Citizenship going to anyone willing to pay."

Trump went on to call for the Supreme Court to rehear the birthright citizenship case, in which it recently rejected his attempt through executive order to alter the right mandated in the 14th Amendment. "This miscarriage of justice will destroy America if they don’t change their absolutely insane decision," Trump wrote.

The alleged scam to which Trump referred was believed to be an advertising campaign by the Mission Regional Medical Center (MRMC) in South Texas, which Texas Governor Greg Abbott said Tuesday was targeting illegal immigrants, offering them birth packages that would allow them to enter the U.S. to give birth to babies who would then be American citizens.

That's hilarious!

Not even one of his incompetent, lunatic, lawyers is willing to actually file a motion?? So he just "calls on them" to act?

What? Does he have some fantasy that SCOTUS will heed his call and act on it's own motion?

My legal team was a total abject disaster who failed to actually do what they were supposed to so I am demanding another bite at the apple because I read on the internet about Supreme Court Rule 44.

Rule 44 is going to be Trump's favorite rule as it allows him to get another shot after he tries to influence the justices with whatever their wildest desires are.

Nobody else gets to demand the Supremes undo their decisions. Now, pay E. Jean Carroll, and shut up!

His parents are to blame for that.
He has spent his whole life being coddled through every situation. Losing in court only means an appeal. A woman saying no means "go ahead". His "negotiations" with Iran are a joke.
