I have friends from Ukraine. They were talking the other day about putin. They said he's dead and that he had so many decoys for him, that it was a joke whenever he showed up somewhere (because the decoy looked nothing like him). So some in Ukraine don't' even believe putin's alive.

I found it interesting, but just like the trump health bit, I don't believe it.
