Otherwise, in my opinion, if it was "just" a bribe, I think they would have taken the money and either arrested him or thrown him out. I suspect it's for far more nefarious reasons. Maybe justifying attacks on cartels within Mexico based on sworn testimony from a cartel member?
These are just my thoughts based upon this Administration's past pattern of behavior.

I would expect there to be bounties on some personnel, the ones who are actually working against the bad guys, but she's saying the threats apply to all personnel, including the masked thugs that go around detaining people with no criminal record. The latter are no threat to the bad guys so it's unlikely they would have bounties on their heads.

They are going after regular people, all day, all night.

as she made a piss stop at a local police station? Please. She and her people knew what the answer
was going to be before she went to the door. Why didn’t she pee in the ICE building she was in or in
one of the many fast food restaurants that were near by? Or why didn’t one of her people call up the
police station 1st?

There would have been news reports, so the answer is ZERO. Given the large number of peaceful protestors who outnumber ICE if they were really terrorists, is that likely?
