on a personal note, even though I am a Minnesota Star-Tribune subscriber, I am not the source for this story, but I *am* always discreetly knowing what is happening on peoples' phones around me, you meed to understand that these phones are the size of Hondas, it's a golden age for even casual snoops

- the Strib put a lot of bylines on this, which is good, but I would especially note that this story was fact checked by a Minnesota woman named MaryJo and my experience with such women suggests that they do not suffer bullshit

Using Signal for this violates several laws regarding maintaining public records, starting with18 U.S.C. § 2071. They are criminals on that basis alone.
