BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) says it is reviewing an incident involving what appears to be a CBP officer and a Canadian tourist in Western New York.

The incident was caught on camera by the tourist and posted online. In the video, the officer can be heard telling the people in the vehicle from Ontario to "Never come to the U.S. again." The video then shows the officer closely following the vehicle from Ontario.

The video includes a map that claims this incident took place the morning of September 22 on Interstate 190 near exit 24, just miles from the border. You can watch the video directly below.

7 News asked U.S. Customs and Border Protection about the video.

I had a guy lean out the window on a right turn because I blocked his turn while I legally had to wait for a school bus to pickup passengers.

"Get the f--- out of the way!" he screamed.

7 News asked U.S. Customs and Border Protection about the video. We received the following response from Mike Niezgoda, a spokesperson with the agency:

"U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) stresses honor and integrity in every aspect of our mission. CBP employees, officers and agents perform their duties with honor and distinction, working tirelessly every day to keep our country safe. CBP is committed to ensuring that all employees are held to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and personal conduct."

That does nothing to explain the video! It's a fugging mission statement.

...but as a private citizen, I probably would have had some choice words (not related to them being from Canada) about them parking in the left lane.

They've started actually enforcing that in Virginia, which is a nice change.

They need to enforce it in MD too! As many trips as I have made back and forth from Philly to the D.C. metro area, I have found that MD drivers LIVE in the left lane!

(but then at least they aren't like NJ drivers who think the lane divider lines are for their car's imaginary nose wheel, which they must center on the line )

(and this includes trucks), and they are not expecting to use an exit/turn lane or highway split that includes the left lane(s) (a number of interstates and state highways do have left exits or "express" vs "local" lanes), then they should stay to the right.

Stupid cop. Those US border towns are devastated because of the fat orange imbecile. I hope they fire this pig.
