If 9th agrees with the original ruling, then it goes back up to SCOTUS if The Regime decides to try it again.

If SCOTUS takes it back up after the 9th circuit - they are leaving themselves (the evil 6) open to Gitmo (when the regime falls) if they talk out of both sides of their mouths.

The more we start talking/writing the word 'Reckoning' and 'Tribunal' the more we can say -

Things would be VASTLY different if Hillary Clinton had those three picks.

I know there is nothing to gain by dwelling on the 2016 election, but right now I can't restrain my anger at those who voted for Stein, stayed home, or thought the Orange Creature was even remotely fit to be president.

So his next best thing was to sit on Obama's nomination for a SCOTUS Justice for almost a year after Scalia bought the farm, and that allowed 45 to fill that and the 2 additional slots that came after the 2016 election.

Those 6 and Trump, along with the Republican Senate and Republican House, I suspect will find a way to do something like charging the liberal members of the USSC with sedition or treason? And appoint new Extreme Right Court members to replace them........

Their MAGAot voters, that they relied on to get them to this place, but won't be needed ever again, are presently being thrown under the bus like all of us.
Same with all of their appointees that have out grown their usefulness, and were immediately thrown aside..

I think that the Republican Supremes, and the "lock step" Republicans in the U.S. House and Senate are being terribly short-sighted, and aren't seeing the big picture in regards to themselves........They haven't realized that in a Dictatorship/Tyranny, there is no such thing as a Judicial Branch of Government, or a Legislative Branch of Government..........And indeed, all that they are enabling, will inevitably be putting themselves out of work......
Same with Trump's Cabinet, Advisors, etc.

AlLL of this daily stuff Trump is doing is being directed by the 2025 group, The Federalists, Steven Miller, etc and their future plans do not include anyone but the top 1%ers, and themselves.........And plans to have every one else, (99%ers) will be reduced to serfs and peasants......

Whenever rich white guys are having a board meeting on Wall Street, roll up with a SWAT team and a pile of forensic accountants. I'm sure they'll uncover a plethora of crimes committed in every instance.
