Now maybe if the regime starts to enact a program of not just forced de-transition (medically, which is already happening), but re-education -- they would need to have some indication of "repentance" or whatever. That's a scary line of thought, so I won't go further down that path on an open thread.

But even then, I could still see someone being denied access to enjoyment of their second amendment rights.
