I don't think he's worried about his seat in the House; he won by a huge margin in the last 2 elections. He sees Trump as weak on this issue, and isn't worried about a primary challenge.
My guess is he has political ambitions beyond the House.

But he's got to play for his voting base. His base wants the release of the Epstein files, but they are convinced that the files will not reveal any wrong-doing by the Tangerine Traitor.

There are two thing to check to verify trumps involvement with epstine crimes. One the rich should be dumping millions into trumps crypto (aka bribery). Second why isn't anyone looking at the epstine's actual handler, ISRAEL, they are the ones who used epstine as a spy.
