Because a good question would have been "You said you were going to meet Putin in Russia. Did you mean Alaska or are you actually going to Russia?"

A couple of days ago a Russian, speaking about Alaska, said you know, this land was once part of Russia and followed up by saying we call Alaska "Russian America".

So, was he really misspeaking? We can't know until after Friday.

I'm thinking of the Diomedes Islands, and maybe there are others.

There's nothing there, no hotels or touristy places so I doubt Chump would ever want to go there. But theoretically he could meet with Putin on one of those islands (or on a yacht between the two) and he'd only be a few miles from Russia.

Trump has to report to his boss for further instructions and a reminder that if he disobeys, the Epstein krompromat will be released. Maybe a deal can be made to make Maxwell have a fatal accident in exchange for total US abandonment of Ukraine.
Too much of a James Bond plot? Well, espionage is Putin's main occupation. And the CIA, NSA and Five Eyes must be all over this affair but will never reveal details of it to protect sources and methods.
