I saw a plain white van in the Joplin area at a local business, they had what looked like a Jamaican,(long hair and dreads),and several latino looking people and a couple of other people, not white, with what appeared to be their hands behind their backs. I cannot see details yet after eye surgery, just wanted fellow Missourians to know it’s here we just haven’t seen much of it yet. I strongly suspect they were ice goons. The big, fat white guy was watching them, too many steroids.

If any one of them does become victimized, then and only then will it be an actual concern.
