About those missing FedEx boxes...

I read that they would not be able to identify the recipients or senders of over 200 mailed parcelss. Does anyone know the main Central station where someone can file a claim? I have the tracking numbers and I can identify what was in the two boxes that I sent that never reached their destination. I would rather go through the Central station, because the satellite station was no help.
