The Mount Olive pickle company has pulled out of Trump's "celebration of me" state fair because of the display of a confederate flag hanging in the North Carolina booth. The MAGAts are furious. They'll never eat Mt. Olive pickles again in their entire lives.

Oh, what a "state fair" TrumpCo. has put together.

I read that Mt. Olive Pickle Company dropped their sponsorship a week ago, as soon as the Confederate flag debacle happened.

But the news media keeps reporting it, day after day. It's been a week of this story. I'm here for it.

I'm familiar with this company. They rely on migrant labor, whom they abuse. And their products aren't good. (But I'm probably biased because I grew up in Ohio. Proper pickles are not sweet or mild. Proper pickles have a garlicky bite.)

PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) – The Mt. Olive Pickle Company says it decided to withdraw from the Great American State Fair in Washington, D.C., after a Confederate flag was included in an exhibit.

The company told News 2’s sister station, WNCT, that they were invited to participate in the North Carolina exhibit.

“We are proud of our North Carolina roots, and we agreed to be a part of an exhibit, as presented to us, that would represent the best of our great state,” the company, based in Mount Olive, North Carolina, said in a statement.
