1. Maybe all those expensive ads are having a reverse effect.

There's a shadowy PAC that's been putting out tons of expensive, deceptive ads, falsely claiming that Flanagan is beholden to corrupt corporate interests.

I wonder if people are seeing through that advertising onslaught, and guessing that the PAC's motives are, shall we say, less than honorable.

2. People are, indeed, tired of those same two ads

running over and over during the news hours. And, as it turns out, the one attacking Flanagan is distorted and mostly untrue.

That's clear now. I wish for a simpler sort of campaign in this race. i think we will not get it.

My vote goes to Flanagan.

4. Good news but I wish the spread was greater. AIPAC backed Problem Solver centrist Craig was one of the Dems who voted

for the racist Laken Riley Act. https://clerk.house.gov/Votes/202523

More on Craig, who deffo has Sinema potential (both were/are No Labels Problems Solvers as well). Craig is another of Pelosi's numerous problematic endorsements lately:

Craig broke more frequently with the Biden administration in 2023, voting in line with the president's positions 70.6% of the time, the fourth-lowest rate of any House member in the Democratic caucus.

Craig has self-identified and been described as a centrist moderate Democrat. She co-chaired the centrist New Democrat Coalition.

On February 1, 2023, Craig was one of 12 Democrats to vote for a resolution to end the COVID-19 national emergency.

In September 2024, the pro-Israel lobbying group AIPAC bundled more than $200,000 to her 2024 campaign and praised her "solid commitment" to the U.S.-Israel relationship.

Craig was one of the 16 Democrats who voted with Republicans to stop the Biden administration from withholding military aid to Israel.

In 2024, Craig brought the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association's (MPPOA) executive director as her guest to the State of the Union address, citing the 2024 Burnsville shooting that occurred in her district.

The pro-crypto Super PAC Fairshake spent more than $1.1 million to boost Craig's 2024 reelection campaign. It was the second-biggest spender in her district.

Craig sits on the Agriculture Committee panel with jurisdiction over the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), which plays a role in regulating cryptocurrency.

She earned the rating "strongly supports crypto" from the cryptocurrency advocacy group Stand With Crypto. Craig has said digital assets will have "a major role in the next wave of technological innovation globally".

On July 6, 2024, Craig called for Biden not to run for reelection. She was the first battleground district member to do so.

6. I have changed my earlier posts to say NorthStarDawnPAC instead of AIPAC..
Mon Jun 29, 2026, 10:10 PM

Initially it came to my attention that NorthStar Dawn PAC was
reported to to be affiliated with AIPAC, or an offshoot!!
I cannot verify that this is true.

Rep Angie Craig does not take AIPAC money now. She did take it
in the past.

I apologize, in part, for this conflating those two PACs, and will
try and do better in this regard in the future...
