So, if you renew online or via mail you will get the standard passport.

From the U.S. State Dept: “The limited-edition commemorative passport will be issued at the Washington Passport Agency in Washington, D.C. starting on July 6, 2026 while supplies last. Applicants seeking the commemorative passport may schedule an in-person appointment at the Washington Passport Agency or apply at a special passport acceptance event listed on this page.” You will not receive a commemorative passport if you:
• Apply online
• Mail in your application
• Apply at a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad
• Apply in-person during normal hours at a passport agency other than the Washington Passport Agency in Washington, D.C.
• Apply at the Washington Passport Agency before July 6, 2026
