The special anniversary passports featuring Trump's image will only be available at the Washington Passport Agency for American citizens applying for a new passport or renewal — while supplies last at no additional cost — beginning in July. They will not be available at any other locations, nor will they be available online.

To apply for a new passport or renewal in person at the Washington Passport Agency in DC requires an appointment with proof of international travel within two weeks and an expedite fee of $60. It is unclear at this time if the proof of imminent travel will be waived when the passports become available in July.

While they will be the default option while available at that time at the DC location only, anyone can opt out and get the standard US passport edition.

I would have paid extra to have him NOT on it.

They would have made more in fees than ever before. I know I would pay extra to not have him on my passport.

I would venture to guess that many that get passports would much prefer to get away from him for a while.

Also some of the comments on the 'epic' passport say 'cue the meltdown' - they wish, but it's only magats who melt down. The rest of us are laughing at it.
