While we argue, JD Vance raises $4.2 million in Silicon Valley

Vice President JD Vance headlined an RNC fundraiser on Thursday night in Palo Alto, California, at the residence of influential investor and All-In Podcast host Chamath Palihapitiya, raking in $4.2 million for the Republican Party, a source familiar with the dinner tells Axios.

Why it matters: Vance, who worked in venture capital before becoming a U.S. senator from Ohio, has always had strong ties to Silicon Valley and the tech world.

The dinner was co-hosted by John Underwood of Goldman Sachs. Attendees included Coinbase co-founder and CEO Brian Armstrong, a popular voice of economic freedom on X, and Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan.

About two dozen supporters paid $250,000 each.

I think many have---and have said so. But he is ambitious--dangerously ambitious and I do believe it is possible he could be the Repug nominee After all, he is mean enough to be and Repugs seem to be attacked to Meanness!!

Tech CEOs have become the sugar daddy and or mommy for the GQP.

Nevertheless, the GQP, Vance, not all CEOs, Musk, US SC(6), shithole and his cabinet/administration have become the face of pure evil, and the cruelty that is thrust upon the USA and the world

JD Vance has a slightly better chance at winning the presidency as I do. He has the shit stain of this administration on him that won’t soon wash off.
