Yesterday

The bill passed on Tuesday...the 23rd of June. 10 days, excluding Sunday, and Congress is still in session...the bill should become law on Saturday, the 4th of July!

Yesterday

Congress goes into recess after July 2, and the congressional calendar indicates it does not reconvene until July 13.
