If his staff knows he's about to change his life status, what would your immediate thoughts and reactions be?

1.We need to isolate him and get him to sign off all of our pardons.
Also, any of our wet dream Executive orders.

2. Get control of the money before we let Usay and Uday know.

3. What do we do about J.D. because he's coming up to plate and we're out.

And that's putting it mildly.

I submit that he is likely past a legal definition of incapacity - like you can petition the D.C. court to have a conservator appointed for him. Therefore, all of his 'binding decisions' (executive orders) made after that point of incapacity are invalid (donnie was not 'legally fit' to know what he was doing).
