Don't know if this is true, so maybe a Washington DC resident could weigh in

but I just heard a guest on MSNOW say that there is no way that vandals could be causing damage in the reflecting pool because it is EXTREMELY well guarded by Capitol police.
The panel was laughing about how absurd it was.

Of course I imagine that there are cameras everywhere as well. I don't know folks, but something about this "vandals" story trump is pushing seems fishy.

Yet it's peeling and will have to be redone. All these money down the drain.
