I wonder if Trump wll now blame the tourists for HIS poor paint job on the Reflection Pool.........

It is the first thing I thought of just now as I read it---as we know know that Trump ALWAYS
blames someone else!!

CNN at Reflecting Pool: This is just a loose flap of what appears to be that sealant down here in the water just flapping like that. There have been tourists coming along, tearing off pieces to take as souvenirs.

this a bidding proposal from several contractors who provide details on what, how, why, when the project is to be completed, and when the Federal government is involved there is almost always an agency that handles such responsibilities such as GSA. "My neighbor" is not due diligence.
