Every step of the voting process - from registering to vote, demonstrating residency, providing proof of eligibility, to the actual casting of the ballot on election day - is clearly documented, and the records are kept at each county's Supervisor of Election office. If hordes of illegal aliens were voting for Democrats it could be easily proven. It's a demonstrable fact vote fraud is extremely rare, and doesn't happen on a scale even close to necessary to “rig” an election.

They want them to think that the elections are as chaotic as republicans wish they were. Its not trying to prove anything, its to muddy the waters.

Unless they win, of course, then it's all legit!
