Senate Republicans hate the Iran deal

At the very least, Ted Cruz, John Cornyn, Bill Cassidy, and the other usual suspects.

I think this is an interesting development and indicates, to me, a weakened President among his most cowed base of support.

They will say he is getting bad advice or it's Biden's fault. Other than that, no, they ain't gonna do nothing for fear of an orange failure.
