Death rattle is very very late in the the dying cycle. It happens usually hours before dying.
Also, as an RN of 40 years- he really didn't look like he was struggling any more than usual and he did speak for a hour
He appears as an 80+ year old who is not in good health and he probably does have heart failure. It is no longer referred to as "congestive health failure"-- it is heart failure, HF followed by modifiers on the ejection fraction.
Interesting that he doesn't appear as orange as usual.

So......just another day in the hell we currently inhabit.

This is so staged. A “reporter” mentioning how “a wise man once said…” and then is like that man was you Mr. Trump, is how they start a question. GTFO. There is no way anyone mentions the Art of the deal book in a question that was not 100% written by the White House. They need to not be able to pick on who he wants. These “reporters” are so staged. much trouble breathing, but the microphone in the WH and WH-controlled settings is always on his body, where you can avoid more of the “whoosh” sound of him sucking air. On the body it’s easier to emphasize the lower and warmer tones in a voice.

He has the typical patterns and signs of heart failure, in my opinion, in addition to the obvious signs of stroke. That right side of his face just gets lazier and lazier. It’s sliding off his skull half the time, especially at rest. Which is often on camera, in the oval.
