The screen shot in the OP is from around the 4:42 mark. But the whole video is quite damning in terms of Trump's inability to keep his eyes open.

Anyone can take a screen shot and make up their own version about what's happening in the photo. I'm not blaming social media because this started happening when we got access to email.

a true-red Trump suck-up. I suspect that Morrissey is realizing that he has hitched his political future to an aging, dementia-ridden grifter. Morrissey aspires to be a big grifter as well, and I think he sees that Trump's physical and mental deterioration (along with his stupid policies and wars) mean that the Democrats will be taking over Congress next year. That's going to be tough for grifters everywhere!
