It can be used for any purpose when and where intimidation and force serves the agenda of the regime.

The cruel detention and deportation of immigrants is not about law and order. It is ethnic cleansing pursuant to White (not Christian) Nationalism. This regime ignores court orders and is corrupting the institutions that uphold constitutional rule of law.
