Can any Angelinos or DU Californians in the know, tell me that that moronic Spencer Pratt won't win?

Honestly, I get the worst vibes from that little dweeb--seriously.

Karen Bass may have her issues and I get her fire-related failures, but I'd bet she has at least learned from them and isn't yet another incompetent, unqualified, Xian-RWer loudmouth wanting to prove something at the expense of others.

Thoughts?
