In Maine, the choice was between an 80 year old (establishment choice) ex- governor, and Platner. Platner has lived a life most of us have not. He does have the courage to run for the end of the fascist movement in America. Very few are doing that even among our elected Democrats.

about their original purpose and he gave me the deer stuck in headlights look. I did not
bother to waste my time trying to explain what our history classes should be teaching. As
far as I could tell, the guy was a pretty decent person who was trying to live his life in a way
that he understood.
I am not going to judge somebody on things until I have a pretty good idea where they are
coming from. I have made enough knuckle headed mistakes that if you applied the if I had
a nickel for every mistake I would have retired long ago.
That is my simple point of view, but since I do not live in Maine it is not my problem. I hope
the good people of Maine make the best decision between the choices they have. They know
who Susan "I think he has learned his lesson" Collins is. For me it is a choice between the same
old same old or take a chance on something no matter how you look at is different, with the
understanding I can change that six years down the road if it does not work out.

I'm in CA. Have held my ballot until election day. Reason, I am not over the top for any candidate. With that, the one and only goal is to win. FULL STOP!

Some recent polls have Beccerra up to 25% and Steyer edging out Pratt the Frat Boy. Will research tomorrow, but if accurate, I am voting for Steyer to make it a Dem v Dem race.

To me it seems the Maine voters have an impact. With that, do you vote for Collins, the multi term concerned Senator from Maine? Or do you take a logical option. It might not work out, but to me it is the only thing to do is to take the risk on Platner.

Also, this one is not like Fetterman in PA, Sinema in AZ, those were borderline direct fraud. This one, I just can't imagine anyone not remembering the red flags for Platner and the history of Collins.
