I believe he will be a great Rep and one of the most progressive in the caucus. Note he is winning by a massive 36% so the voters in his district are clearly happy with him.

Al Green got his old district redrawn at Trump's request. But Al has 7 months left in his term to raise hell; so does Jasmine Crockett; so does Thomas Massie.

As for Ken Paxton beating John Cornyn, we'll see what happens in November. In the initial Republican primary, 13.5% voted for Hunt, which tells me they REALLY didn't want Paxton or Cornyn. So will they hold their nose and vote for Paxton, or can they be swayed to vote for Talirico? Or will they just be pussies and stay home.
