Throws out some proposal for some bullshit everyone automatically start talking as though it done?

If congress holds the purse how is anything automatic? 😡

Even though the evidence clearly shows he is a corrupt, lawless, destructive, chaos-sowing failure.

He has very little actual, direct control over anything except his ability to command attention and trigger uncontrollable chaos.
