What happened with Georgias Supreme Court election last night?

Especially those of you who live in Georgia here. Last night's supreme court election results were disappointing.
One candidate, Sarah was an absolute blowout while the other was close, within 2 points. Don't understand why nobody liked Jen unless Sarah was very popular.
Is there anything to be made of this, given that we have elections in six months and Ossoff is running for reeelection with a Governors race on the table?
I know they're officially nonpartisan but Obama and several other high-profile dems endorsed they on affiliated
Democratic aligned.
Democracy docket did a article on this earlier today. With Mark Elias says involves redistricting of Georgia!

Many of those voters did not cast a ballot in the SC race or voted for the incumbent. Crazy. Makes no sense.

One thing I want to add is that the SC race was "Non-partisan". In other words there was no "R" or "D" next to each candidate's name.
