If mandatory Medicaid expansion is un-Constitutional, then the Trump Court will rule that expanded Medicare is un-Constitutional.
This is the consequence of the tyranny of Republican minority rule.

I am waiting to see replies that say it can't be done.
We need to hold our party and its members to higher, more hopeful standards.
Saying it can't be done is a sure way to prevent it from happening.
