Since you brought up the word, Hebrew, I see Hebrew as a variant of per'aa/pharaoh (rendered as great house). Since p (=house) and b can be interchanged (as in papyrus/byblos), then per'aa/ber'aa prefaced with eu/yeho it would translate as: Hebrew. The key component IMHO, per'aa/hebrew relates to Arya, aryanism. So, p+arya (the aryan house) would be the basis for Hebrew, including pharaoh, pray and variants including Persia, Paris, Paradhata, paradise etc.

So, if Hebrew is a linguistic system, I would call it an aryan system of communication. As to Hebrew being associated with a particular body of people, maybe it translates to aryan people (same as Arabia?).
