These cases are not about getting convictions. They're intended to intimidate and chill speech. Just filing them is a win for the Reich - they get in the news, and people become afraid to resist or tell the truth.

Celebration is premature until the Reich is out of power. Even after Trump keels over, another rodeo clown will take his place. We need to de-power the rich.

Unless the organization's attorneys are willing to act pro bono.

A significant amount of money is being transferred to attorneys during this maladministration.
