The President truthed today that â€œHakeem Jeffries, a Low IQ individualâ€ should be impeached.

The President is presumably a High IQ individual as evidenced by his ability to distinguish a bear from a giraffe, a lion, and a shark. Yet he doesnâ€™t realize that members of Congress cannot be impeached?
