and yet Louisiana said the GQP part can continue but not the primary for the US house.

only two were dominated by African-American representatives. That leaves "white" districts with a 2/3 majority in Congress.

The SCOTUS controversy seems nakedly like a power-grab with the intention of eliminating ALL non-white congressional districts.
