there are two democrats in the Maine senate primary now that mills has bailed...

so there is NOT a nominee. Feel free to discuss them freely.

also running (from ballotpedia):

David Costello (D) is also running in the primary. His experience includes working as an environmental policy consultant. Costello also ran for Senate in 2024. In that election, he placed third of four candidates and earned 10.8% of the vote statewide.

As of 8 hours ago he was not dropping out. yorkster Thursday #4

Just saw in the Portland Press Herald yorkster Thursday #5

no need to share the light with another dem...dems might like the other better nt msongs Friday #6

that Platner dropped out of planned debate
after Mills suspended her campaign. Plans to focus on beating Collins, to paraphrase.
