Always looking for the half full glass...

Maybe Trump's authoritarian ploys are so damn blatant and cartoonish that the electorate will finally begin to understand what authoritarianism is and that it can come here (already has!) and stay if we don't fight back. Maybe the masks and the Comey indictment and... and... will get people's attention above and beyond gas prices.
