With Trump you have to check your common sense and intellect at the door, or nothing he says is valid.

Following the lead of the "national Christian", Majority Leader Mike Johnson, Jesus would rip healthcare assistance from the needy and hand the money to the Elooon Musk crowd.

MAGA dismissed as equivalent to images of Trump and criminal cronies being arrested.

There is NO F-ING comparison. And anyone who asserts otherwise is lying or is as mentally ill as he is.

Perhaps?

Sadly I can decode another part of his behaviour .

I had a really shitty 15 years. I sincerely hope I am en route finally to exiting a phase of me life which I think of as Trump adjacent (relative to the first 33 years of my life anyway) behaviorally if not politically.

I really didn’t want my employer (the institution that is) or their inhouse technologists/mental health professionals to be able to assess my competence or mental status etc. in any way that cannot be challenged after the fact.
[As for their technology (e.g.: ai agents), that is all just a giant scam].

And then you reflexively behave in relatively outrageous or erratic ways or just hang. And react worse and recover more slowly than you normally would wrt separately awful crap.

I have no idea what Trump plans to do, but I am going to exit the Trumpiest parts of my life. This is well timed wrt my state of mind:

https://www.quantamagazine.org/what-can-we-gain-by-losing-infinity-20260429/

(I vaguely disapprove of infinity as a concept anyway for political reasons. As far as earth goes, could it be that certain concepts are particularly responsible for this Cornucopian, no-limits-to-growth worldview shared by economists and the tech sector?).
