It is highly significant that KC has asserted stability in North America twice ... he visited Canada and supported PM Carney after he took office, and again yesterday ... I would argue that such presence hasn't been seen since WWII ... though I'm probably not aware of all the influential visits and speeches over the decades, but still ... high stakes sanity is welcomed these days.
