I am not much on history, but I find it hard to believe anything this obviously laughable has ever come out of the DOJ.
The only thing I meant with my comment is that by the logic of the indictment, it's not the kids who committed the crime. The DOJ apparently has no interest in the person(s) who created the 8647 (i.e., the equivalent of the college kids forming 8647). They are going after Comey, who posted a photo of that "formation."
And that inconsistency makes it all the more ludicrous. Either both "creators" and "disseminators" of 8647 are making unlawful threats, or none of them are.
