Where are the indictments for the millions who have 8647 buttons, hats, shirts and stickers?

They'd better get on the stick. There are thousands of variations available. Lots of sales records to subpoena.

And what about Bezos?? Hundreds of 8647 products are sold through Amazon.

Criminy, all Comey did was snap and post of photo of an 8647 seashell design.

I CANNOT imagine what lies the grand jury was told to get this indictment. But THAT is something that needs to be examined. I hope whatever judge tosses this out demands some answers on that. Clearly, the ONLY way one could get this absurd indictment is through some sort of prosecutorial misconduct.

11. I didn't realize the 8646 merc was a little cottage industry

And of course it would never occur to anyone in the Biden DOJ to prosecute obvious free speech.

Although they should have considered doing so with this incitement to violence:

12. I just saw an interview w/ a Repuke Congress Critter - he said he worked in the restaurant biz,

and he claimed 86 = kill. Talk about ramping up the rhetoric.

NO! I grew up in the restaurant biz, and worked in the industry for approximately 17 years. 86 means we're out of something. 86 means remove, as in remove it from the menu or specials. It is also means remove an item from the "dish", as in I'll have the garden salad...86 the peppers. I do not intend for them to inflict harm on the peppers.

However, the link you shared showing Biden tied up is another story. Could that have been translated as a direct threat? Perhaps.

And we must never forget egging on the crowd chanting hang Mike pence, for which he still must be held accountable.

4. Incitement to hang is certainly more serious than a numerical reference to being kicked out of a bar!!!

I'd be curious to see if the FBI gets in touch -- particularly if they received thousands of such messages.

The message I'm thinking about sending:

As a proud patriot, I am spreading the word:
8647 to redeem our national soul!

Or you can save us the trouble of impeaching and seeking to remove you in 2027 for your unprecedented corruption and countless crimes committed in plain sight. Rescind all executive orders and resign NOW.

It's the right thing to do.

7. It seems to me that if posting a picture of seashells spelling out "8447" is a crime...

... then posting a picture of President Biden hog-tied in someone's pickup truck ought to be as well.

Right?

8. OMG. I somehow missed that. Trump post Easter weekend 2024.

He certainly knows how to spread the love at Easter time!

And absolutely an incitement to violence. MAGA dismissed as equivalent to images of Trump and Cronies being arrested.

There is NO F-ING comparison. And anyone who pretends otherwise is lying or brainwashed.

9. How about the RWers who used the very same platform (Xitter) to post "8646" ?

Those people are even more directly analogous to Comey since it was the same medium of expression.

I think we can almost guarantee Comey's indictment will be laughed out of court at every level, but if somehow corrupt judges push it through then it's time for the appropriate committee or sub-committee to find all the 8646 posts that aren't beyond statute of limitations and send a referral over to the DOJ to get criminal investigations going.
