and there's the Bait & Switch....

According to Lindsey Graham, Trump's $400 million grand ballroom will not be paid for by private donations after all, it will be paid for by taxpayers because it now involves national security and the safety of the President. WOW! I did not see this coming...
And does Trump get to keep all those millions already donated???
