Ever get the feeling that you are on the wrong planet?

I'm half asleep here, and I clicked on the TV while trying to wake up.

Morning Joe was on.

Did I just see Lindsey Graham proposing a bill to have taxpayers fund that ballroom?

Or was that some kind of dream?

Because I don't even know what to say about that.

Because we bombed a school in Iran and killed 150 little girls whose lives are just as important as any politician or "leader".

Did I really see that?

And if I did see that, how many fellow Americans are going to eat that shit up like it's a fine meal?

Holy shit...some days I can't tell if what I'm seeing is reality, or if instead, I'm just losing my mind.

My timeline should have been the one where John Lennon is still alive and Al Gore was inaugurated for two terms.

Having clarity and awareness of what is actually happening around you...means that you live a brutal existence.

Holy cow.

I hate to use clichés, but I will now...

Sometimes "I. Just. Can't" with this stuff.

Those days are gone, never to return. These days you just have to try and look for something to help keep your sanity - DU is a big part of this old guys solution.
