So far, one F15, one A10 and one, maybe two Blackhawks lost.

And that is what is being made public. Good job, Donny and Pete!

So much for the bragging about having destroyed Iran's air defense capabilities. I am sure neither of these idiots is listening to the military leadership.

Speaking of this, is it legit to bomb civilian infrastructures like bridges, or is it a war crime? If so, why is the air force carrying out unlawful orders?

It's not automatically a war crime. Dual use infrastructure are legitimate targets if they serve a military purpose, function, or contribute to its effectiveness. Rules around proportionality still need to be followed as well as minimizing civilian casualties. But if the bridge is being used by the military, steps are taken to minimize civilian casualties, and its destruction won't disproportionally harm the civilian populace in comparison to the military advantage its destruction would give, then its not considered a war crime.

All that follows is a war crime.

Add to that our fearless leader speaks of stealing Iran's oil resources.

Assassination by targeting political and religious leaders is also war crime.

We look at losing all the military bases in the Middle East, our allies, our soldiers and taking a huge and enduring economic and political loss.

In all likelihood, there will be retaliation against Americans in general and maybe inside the USA.

It is BULLSHIT to parse words and specific acts.

Israel has the opening to extend Gaza to southern Lebanon.

What people often confuse is what seems like a war crime and what actually is. Wars of aggression are governed under International Law. War crimes are governed under International Humanitarian Law, two separate but related legal doctrines. One governs how states behave between each other and the other on conduct during armed conflicts. Just because the initiation of the war maybe illegal under international law, does not mean that everything that follows is a war crime. That is judged separately based on the conduct of the personnel in combat. And no, targeting political leaders are not war crimes. As they are often times giving orders and commanding the military and directing the overall direction of the war, they are valid targets. However, targeting purely religious leaders would be. But, if the religious leader is also commanding the military or taking part in military actions, then they lose their protection as civilian and can be targeted. Under International law, a person's status is not static. Its dynamic, depending on their actions. If you are actively involved in, supporting, or assisting in combat, commanding or directing, involved in tactical decision or strategy, then you can be targeted.

I watched a video today, which also panned below the unfinished bridge and showed the residential neighborhood that was bombed, leading to the deaths of 8 people.

Its difficult to dual-use an unfinished bridge

on edit: I cannot find the video but came with the following URL where you can see the cranes in a pictures. I do not vouch for the authenticity of the reporting, but only posting the evidence of the cranes:

Congress has not declared war.

Every Iranian killed right now is a war crime of an undeclared war- military action.

Under international law, every strike without a declaration of war violates the laws of legal war.

The loss of these aircraft and endangering their personal is the result of an Executive that is clearly demented. He should be removed from office before more lives are put at risk.

And if they had to be there, then military planning prior to the campaign to bomb Iran should have prepared options that are not considered to violate international humanitarian law (if not strictly a war crime).

As someone who was on FOBs that took a lot of incoming fired from civilian areas, I have a particular interest in this.

When I took the squads I led out on patrols in Baghdad, it was VERY dangerous to use the MSRs (Main Supply Routes). That was asking to eat an IED. To get around this, we learned the ways through the neighborhoods (mahallahs).

So in essence - you want to blow us up? MFers - you're gonna blow yourselves up as well.

And it works. Very well.

The Saudi’s were normalizing relations with Iran before the war and Trump just insulted MBS saying he had to kiss his ass. We’ve had SA bases for how long? They’d have been foolish not to gather intel on us. We are colonizers.

Then there’s Vladamir, and China, and Japan, and who knows who else.

This day is not cooincidental. The day after the Big Sleepy Speech.
