Alex Jones turns on Donald Trump: "He's gone"

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has said he believes President Donald Trump is “not doing too hot,” and suggested his supporters “cut bait” on him.

Speaking on his podcast The Alex Jones Show on Tuesday, he said: “When your ankles swell up three times the size they were before, that means heart failure. And he does look sick. And he does babble and it sounds like the brain’s not doing too hot. So we just cut bait on Trump, and we just mobilize against the Democrats.”

Jones also said that Trump is “not the man he was that last year,” adding: “we need to be sad about Trump. This is not funny. This is not good. But he’s gone. And that’s it.”

White House spokesperson Davis Ingle told Newsweek in response to Jones’ comments: “This is a complete bulls*** story that’s being desperately told to boost podcast views. The truth is that President Trump is the sharpest and most accessible President in American history who is working nonstop to solve problems and deliver on his promises, and he remains in excellent health.”
