We are in the middle of a war initiated by trump without Congressional approvals, no objectives or end in sight,

record gasoline prices because of this war, along with Congress refusing to renew the ACA extended subsidies, address the ICE abuses, and a significant number of other issues, and the leaders of both Houses of Congress go on recess.

Why with an active war going on with no clear objectives is Congress on recess? How irresponsible can they be, and when will the voters wake up that all these issues are the result of a republican administration, and the republican control of both houses of Congress?

If something like that hapened, hopefully not, most likely it would have the opposite effect, just like 9/11 gave bush lostincalifornia Yesterday #3

the excuse to attack Iraq which had nothing to do with 9/11, and most of the stupid populace blindly supported attacking Iraq. Of course much of that was helped by our illustrious media which pushed that false WMD narrative.
