And large organic yogurts are now $9 and $10. In my town of 900. We have one small grocery store and two dollar stores. Our grocery store tries to carry as much organic as possible- as although it’s a little town, rich retirees have moved into nearby gated communities and lots of health conscious artists also live in surrounding areas - on divided up old ranches. Many want organic food.

Our grocery store is hurting -so many from the gated community donated $5000 each to keep our store open. Higher grocery prices are going to make it harder for independent grocery stores to succeed. Our town initially raised $100,000 for this woman to open our grocery store about 6 yrs or so ago.

Stock up on groceries this week because any new stock will probably be a dollar or more higher.
A regular old Hershey’s bar which is way thinner than old bars - just went up to $2.00 in one week. Luckily, in the summer the woman who owns our grocery store will carry home grown vegetables grown in the community and by her. We live in ranch land but beef prices keep going up too.

Trump won’t stop being an ass* ole psychopath so I’m sure all prices will go up. There are warnings to buy extra meds for those who take them.

It’s amazing that the whole world is being hurt by two old evil men. Many believe Netanyahu is dead and all his videos are AI’s. Trouble is these evil men are surrounded by evil men.

Do the maths. AU $/L to US $/gallon.
Google says: "Approximately US $6.52 per US gallon"

Your fuel is still cheaper.

UK prices are higher again.
Approximately 143.5p per litre, whatever that translates to.
(US $ 7.2 /gallon.)

my car when it died in October. I mostly work remotely and can take the train or bus (or bike) when I need to do things like go to the bigger supermarket or get to the office/airport/ferry port or mall. European cities are public transit and pedestrian friendly. The UK isn’t great everywhere, but all large towns and cities have plenty of shopping options in walking distance and most neighbourhoods have lots of choice.

the day before the prices started to spike, at $2.59 a gallon. Two days ago, it was up to $3.89 a gallon at the same gas station, a 50 percent increase. Gas is more expensive IN Boulder; it always is.

I saw a tiny circular sticker on a gas pump recently, not much bigger than a pencil eraser. It said, "Trump fucks kids."
