Could Israel's navy support the protection of ships

Through the Strait? From what I have read they have a fleet that has advanced counter measures.

Anyway, Israel and the US are almost out of interceptor missiles, from the video I've seen, missiles are raining down all over israel now. Good job starting the war guys, great.
