Another problem with attacking Iran is the Iranian Army is in love with rocket artillery tipped with high-explosive warheads, and even the shortest-range Short Range Ballistic Missile system in their inventory can reach Dubai. They also have four Medium Range Ballistic Missile systems (Shahab-3 with 1300km range; Ghadr-110 with 1800km range; Sejjil-2 and Khorramshahr with 2000km range) that can reach anywhere in Israel.

Now, please understand that just having these systems is no guarantee of perfection in their employment. I doubt that an Iranian missileman can type "hit the Burj Khalifa" into his firing console and have any expectation of hitting it.
